Order Deadline
If you place your order by 12pm, we will start processing it the same day.
Order Processing and Shipping
It takes us 1-2 business days to process your order. After that, the order delivery takes 5-7 business days.
Shipping Range
We only ship within the contiguous US. We do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii. We also do not ship internationally.
Delays
If your order is delayed, we apologize for the inconvenience. Delays can happen, usually due to bad weather or a holiday season. Your order should arrive within 9 business days, since it's being processed for maximum 2 business days and then shipped for maximum 7 business days. In case that time has passed and your order is delayed, please give it another 2 days before contacting our customer service at sales@holisticselection.com. We will then help you locate your package.
Damages
Once your order has arrived, please inspect the packaging; if there is any damage, you should indicate it while signing for delivery. Send images of the damage, the box, the SKU, and a brief description of the damage to sales@holisticselection.com, and we will file an insurance claim on your behalf. Within 24 hours of delivery, photos and videos must be supplied for freight damage; otherwise, the claim will not be accepted.
Order Cancellations
Please get in touch with us right away if you need to cancel an order so that we can give you a refund before we start with processing the order. Send us an email to sales@holisticselection.com. We will help help you with the cancellation. In case we have already started processing the order, cancellation is no longer possible, but you can always return the item according to this Return and Refund Policy.
