Refund and Return Policy

At Holistic Selection, we are committed to providing the most customer-friendly return policies available. 

Returns

You can return your order within the first 30 days from the purchase date. Please email our team at sales@holisticselection.com, so we can provide you with the proper return shipping process. 

All returns will be inspected, and we reserve the right to modify the refund amount depending upon the product condition.

All Returns Must Meet the Following Criteria

  • Product is in new and original condition
  • Must be in original packaging included accessories and materials
  • A return request must be within 30 days of the purchase date
  • Do not try to fix any part of the product, this could void the warranty- please contact our team if there are any issues when your product arrives. 

Return costs

For returns not related to product defects or shipping damage, a 25% restocking fee may apply. Additionally, customers will be responsible for covering the shipping charges for such returns.

Refunds

After the return is inspected and approved, please allow us up to 15 days to process your refund. Refunds will only be issued to the original method of payment that was used when placing the order and to the original customer that placed the order. 

Damages

Once your order has arrived please inspect the packaging; if there is any damage, you should indicate it while signing for delivery. Send images of the damage, the box, the SKU, and a brief description of the damage to sales@holisticselection.com, and we will file an insurance claim on your behalf. Within 24 hours of delivery, photos and videos must be supplied for freight damage; otherwise, the claim will not be accepted. 

Order Cancellations

Please get in touch with us right away if you need to cancel an order so that we can give you a refund before we start with processing the order. Send us an email to sales@holisticselection.com. We will help help you with the cancellation. In case we have already started processing the order, cancellation is no longer possible, but you can always return the item according to this Return and Refund Policy.  

Chargebacks

Our team of agents is here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully made our policies as fair as possible, and we believe they are the top in the industry.  We are on your team. We are immediately responsive and will do all that we can to help you out and provide the best resolution.

Given this, any customer that files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. If you have not received a product or have an issue with a product that you did receive, please contact us, and we will help you resolve your issue. Please do not file chargebacks for issues that we can resolve together. Thank you for shopping with us!
